Eligibility: Winners must be twenty one (21) years of age and older at the time of sailing or accompanied by an adult age 25 or older, who reside and who are physically located in the U.S. (except Puerto Rico) are eligible to enter Ships and Dip V Cabin Giveaway ("Sweepstakes"). Gaelic Storm, Sixthman and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (hereinafter "Sponsors") and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter these Sweepstakes.

How To Enter: NO PURCHASE OR ENTRY FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER. To enter online, visit www.gaelicstorm.com, and follow the links and complete all required information accurately on the registration form. You must provide a valid email address, telephone number, and contact information for use throughout the Sweepstakes. Registering more than one name/user ID per person to enter our drawings will result in your disqualification. All on-line entries must be received by 4:59 p.m. EST on 12/01/08.

Duration: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 p.m. EST on 11/10/08 and ends on 4:59 p.m. EST on 12/01/08. Only one entry per person, address or e-mail address is permitted. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified.

Prizes: The following Prize(s) will be awarded based on a random drawing of eligible entries:

1. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be awarded one (1) double occupancy cabin on-board Ships and Dip V, sailing February 1-6, 2009 valued at $2,000. *Sixthman will not include flights, hotel accommodations, or ground transportation as part of the prize package

Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash and no substitution of prize is permitted. Grand Prize winner and guests are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, security fees and any other fees/incidentals not included in the Grand Prize that become due with respect to prize, including, but not limited to, meals, gratuities, airport transfers, etc., all of which remain the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and guests. Grand Prize winner must be twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of sailing or accompanied by an adult age twenty five (25) or older. In accordance with the Sixthman Ticketing Policy, ANY guests (whether a winner or a guest of winner) under the age of twenty one (21) at the time of sailing must be accompanied by an adult age twenty five (25) or older. Grand Prize winner and guests are solely responsible for all insurance with respect to the prize. Winner may receive a 1099 for the value of their prize. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes once they are awarded.

2. Second Prize: Three (3) winners will be awarded a Gaelic Storm prize pack. The Second Prize winners will receive: one (1) autographed copy of "What's The Rumpus?," one (1) photo/poster and one (1) Gaelic Storm t-shirt. Second Prize is valued at $60.

Second Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize is permitted. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes once they are awarded.

3. Third Prize: Three (3) winners will receive one (1) copy of "What's The Rumpus?". Third Prize is valued at $20. Third Prize is non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize is permitted. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes once they are awarded.

Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received from all methods of entry on or about 12/03/08. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator which is final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Grand prize winner will be notified by e-mail and by phone (no phone messages will be left) on or about 12/03/08. Contest winner will have 7 business days from initial contact by a Sixthman representative in which to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, chooses not to accept the prize or is disqualified, the sponsoring organization may determine an alternative winner or assign that winner's prize 30 days prior to sailing. Upon claiming the Grand Prize, Sixthamn will provide the winner with a Passenger Prize Confirmation outlining complete prize details as provided by Sixthman, terms and conditions. Winners must sign and return the form confirming that they understand and accept the Terms and Conditions associated with their prize. Failure to do so may result in resale or reassignment of cabin. 

If Grand Prize winner wishes to give this cabin (as a gift, etc), they will need to provide the gift recipient's information at the time they claim their prize. The claim period is still 7 business days from initial contact by a Sixthman representative. Failure to do so may result in resale or reassignment of cabin.

The second and third place winners will be contacted by phone or email. Contest winners will have 48 hours from the initial contact by a ROAR representative to claim their prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. If a potential winner cannot be reached via their e-mail address or phone or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

General Conditions: All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) are the sole responsibility of winners. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator and their agencies to use the winners' name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law. Prize winners may be required to provide their social security number upon receiving notification that they have won, and shall be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") which must be returned within Seven (7) days from receipt of notification. Prize winners shall also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver's license or birth certificate as proof of age. Prize may require a valid U.S. passport (except where prohibited by law). If the prize winners or guests are under 21 years of age, certain states require by law that the winner must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize, prize notification or Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsors' option. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by Sponsors are final. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. THE TENNESSEE COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THESE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE SHALL GOVERN THESE SWEEPSTAKES. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of those courts. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes without liability. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Disclaimers: Entrants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agree that Sponsors shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind or nature resulting from acceptance, possession, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of a prize, participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), undelivered, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, illegible, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a technical problem (including, but not limited to, computer viruses and worms) corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
